Description
Homeless and orphaned at seventeen, Emily Peterson takes a job as a live in maid for an elderly couple. It was a job that she was good at and one that provided a roof over her head, food in her stomach, a small paycheck, and most importantly a sense of family.
Fast forward ten years:
After saying her final goodbyes to Mr. Williams, Emily returns to the house she has called home for the past decade to begin packing her things. Contemplating what her future holds from here while packing away her belongings, she is startled by the arrival of the Williams eldest son, James, who just happens to be an incredibly handsome self-made millionaire. Their last meeting hadn't gone very smoothly, and ended in an ominous threat, from the towering man, about spanking her. While making small talk, Emily reveals that she doesn't have her next job lined up yet, and to her surprise, James offers her a job as his maid. There's just one small catch: he believes in old-fashioned corporal punishment.
With the encouragement of a bottle of her favorite wine and the click of a button, Emily goes against her every instinct and sends the handsome businessman an email agreeing to meet and go over the employment contract.
Certain that she will never, ever agree to allowing anyone to spank her, Emily meets with James at his hotel. Her plans were to try and talk him out of that part of the contract. Much to her surprise, when she shows up smelling of alcohol, she finds herself getting a little taste of what it would be like to be James Williams maid.
Can Emily commit to James old-fashioned ways, or will she walk away from him and his Contract?
