This book was written for the reader to establish a better understanding about Orisas and fundamentals of some of learning about the African Religious based worshiped called Yoruba and Santeria, which I started practicing at a young age. Explaining my confusion about who are Orisas and my ups and downs with my family members calling this Voo-Doo which the correct version is (Vodum) or Black Magic. When in fact it is my natural heritage. Then I wanted to express the importance of getting initiated, because many people make the mistake to thinking there practicing African Base religion without any guidance. Because some people just go buy a candle and never think about the consequences involved causing a chain-reaction of positive or negative or boomerang effect.
This E-book tries to give a basic learning about who the Orisas are and how they can be utilized properly by an ordain Priest or Priestess, yet there are levels of degrees that one can obtain. Why it is not best to operate on your own? Orisas can offer that Important factor to find out about one’s own spiritual gifts and then have a divination preformed on what your path are destiny is in order to get you on the correct road. This is why everybody has to be born from something like the Bees need a “Queen Bee” to lay eggs for the colony; nor can Mothers reborn there Mothers. This is why most people are born from their Spiritual Godmother, just like you were born from your birth Mother. So, in this book I briefly touch on these issues’, but the next book will discuss the importance of ceremonies and doing spiritual things the correct way. This was essential to may spiritual growth, even tho my GodMother pasted away, I can feel her spiritual being guiding me along the way.
Keeping in mind just the other day someone told me there candles burned black and things has gone sour for them and that they are in need of spiritual assistance.
My goals are to discuss the possibilities of understanding the Orisas by introducing them and sharing some of my travels and journeys that I have experienced with my readers. This is the main reason why I wrote this E-book. We all make mistakes and sometimes we are given the opportunity to make things right. So, if I can shed some light into the darkness by allowing others to take a look into my own life with Orisas, so be it!
