I was heartbroken when Marcus dumped me for Scarlett just days before the Valentine’s Dance, but when I saw Scarlett’s ex, Charlie, clearly in the same boat, I came up with a plan: We’d pretend to date and make them so jealous that they would want us back. Marcus would be mine again by Valentine’s Day - if only I didn’t find fake kissing Charlie quite so exciting!
