Ba Gua Sixty Four Palm Methods

Ba Gua Zhang is a modern school of Chinese martial arts. There are many diverse training drills. In this book, we introduced 64 basic palm methods. There are three sections in each chapter. 1 How to do the moves is described. 2 Functions of the moves are explained. 3 Note is for further understanding of the moves. The illustrations are shown with ink drawings. We have to pay attention to Body Methods and Stepping Methods. We may pick a few moves to practice each time.
