There are also many people today who are terribly underemployed, meaning they're working at jobs that earn less than they should be making and are not making full use of their skill set or education.

What does all this mean? Simply put, job dissatisfaction is at an all time high today, which in turn leads to even those who have a job wanting to search for another one. While it's easy to dismiss the concerns of those who do have a job especially when compared with the concerns of those that are unemployed, being unhappy and frustrated with one's employment can lead to a host of other problems.
