How to Talk Spirituality with Your Teen

Parenting a teen is challenging, and anyone who says otherwise is lying! But even though your teen may make you want to cry, run away, or pull your hair out, you still love them and want to give them the absolute best of you. Whether you’ve never introduced your teen to spirituality while they were growing up or you did and they are just fighting what they’ve been taught out of defiance, there are many ideas that you can present them with as a way to strengthen their spirituality on their terms. At this point it’s really about presenting or giving them new information about spirituality without appearing to be teaching or controlling them. Where they go from there and what they choose to believe is really up to them and that’s just how it should be!
