Rump's Fall: A satirical novel

In a dystopian alternate reality, brash billionaire and TV celebrity Patrick Rump is running for President of the United States. Nobody thinks he can win, but through a combination of money, xenophobia and fear he rises to the top of his party. Rump and his armed loyalists fight their way through a contested convention, and then Rump has to face the wildly popular Socialist candidate, Morty Hanson in the general election. When the results aren’t what he expected, armies of Rump patriots spring up all over the country to make sure their man becomes Commander-in-Chief.
