It also tastes really good. I find satisfaction in cooking a great meal with friends as well as great satisfaction by being creative and seeing how best to spend 20$ on dinner. Just like using the washroom if you hate using the washroom you will be miserable every time you have to use the washroom , which adds up over time . Being miserable for 5 minutes everyday for the rest of your life is time we'll wasted . Make friends with food and enjoy the time you spend eating .
