About Jackie Graff
Jackie Graff (July 10, 1945 – Dec. 6, 2015) was the beloved founder of the Graff Academy of Raw Food
Education and the author of hundreds of raw food recipes that continue to be taught at the Academy to the next
generation of health coaches, raw food chefs and wellness-minded individuals around the world.
In addition to being a loving wife and mother of five children, Jackie was a hospital nurse and nursing leader in
Atlanta for 40 years and a gifted culinary chef who loved to entertain. !
After embracing a raw vegan lifestyle at age 50, Jackie brought her culinary skills and creativity to solve one of the
most elusive solutions to healthy eating: How to eat all you want, and get incredibly healthy doing it? !
Her vast experience in nursing care, and her interest in nutrition came together with her talent for making food
taste great. !
