This book is about parenting. It includes simple, eye-opening enlightenment about a number of topics near and dear to parents: A child's job is to drive parents nuts. A parent's job is to teach a child to use the child's power to help good things happen. At first, the book seems similar to many parenting books on the shelves. It is not too long. It consists of short topics.
But, it includes cartoons from PEANUTS and FAMILY CIRCUS. Some photos and children's art. The power and simplicity of the information is mixed with a fair amount of humor, practical reality, and emotion.
I think the natural starting point for discipline is 4-5 months old and here we go!
