Description

What in the world is going on? Is the world going crazy? Are things so out of whack that no one knows which way is up or down? Is the world’s moral compass broken? Who is right and who is wrong? Just what is right and what is wrong? Where do you draw the line? Is there an answer?
Today there is so much controversy about so many topics. Abortion, illegal aliens, the killing of animals, religion, crime, gun control, illegal drugs, women’s equal rights, homosexual marriage, transgender rights, child discipline, and the list goes on and on. Are the Democrats right? Are the Republicans correct? Who is wrong, or is anyone wrong or right? How and who has the right to say, “This is the line—this side of the line is right and moral—on that side of the line it is wrong and immoral.”
Therefore, in this book I will address many of the ills of the world and see if there is an answer to these questions.
It seems that nearly no one wants to find an answer because many are already convinced that they are right. This is why I am writing this book. I will give different scenarios of solving contentious issues to see what would happen if one or the other gets their wish.
I want to WARN you up front that this will be a continuous book. I will address some heatedly debated issues and many will not agree with what I say. I will sometimes play the Devil’s advocate to make a point. I will sometimes be arguing on both sides of an issue to make a point. This way I believe it will expose some of the unexpected fallout if one side gets their wish. The only way to solve a problem is to put it on the table and take a close look at it.
This is the very reason Donald Trump is so contentious and hated by some, while at the same time popular to many others. The reason being is that he has brought many of the things that divide us to the forefront.
Often people react to something before they stop and think things through. This happens to politicians as we see by what they say before thinking and it happens with many of us. Many times when we first look at a continuous subject, we may get angry, because we see or feel a certain way. I remember reading something many years ago, which made me angry. I read the article because I wanted to know the truth about it. After reading what this person had to say I was angry. I was angry because they said something against “someone” that I liked. It was a fictitious character and one I loved as a child. After giving some thought as to what they said, however, I realized that they were right and I was wrong. Many, if not most, will not search for the truth because they just go by what they feel or have been told. It’s also because they have already made up their mind and do not want to change it. They feel comfortable with what they think or believe. If they were to realize that they are wrong, then they would have to change or be uncomfortable, which they do not want to do. Therefore, I ask that you do not read this unless you are truly concerned with what in the world is wrong and wish that things were better. I also ask that you carefully consider why you feel the way you do.
At the end of the book, I will give the answer to why my wife and I think things are so wrong in the world. Few, however, will believe it. Those that do understand may very well feel helpless to change things and rightly so. This is because what seems right to one may seem terribly wrong to someone else.
Note: There are around 32,500 words in this e-book. I will be mentioning several people that are or have been pertinent to my discussions: Abraham Lincoln, Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, President Barack Obama, Mrs. Kim Davis, Mohammad Ali and others.
