the salvation, born right under our noises. Natural eating, we don't eat enough of raw foods,
majority of the time everything we eat is cooked, and no I'm saying cooking your food is
no longer needed , what I am stating is that, by incorporating just as much raw food, with
cook food, to ensure that, enough dense nutrients, from micro-nutrients' help with balancing
out our diet . Today with the constant manufacturing, and distributorship our commercial
foods take quite a beating, from the meats, all the way down to our fruits, and vegetables.
Furthermore, I saw the need to create a way I can give back, and that's how this wisdom
about the super-foods was born , I personally eat these foods' in my diet, and if I am benefiting
from years' of eating these particular natural foods', why can't you ? Why should I be among only
a few out there who gets' it? The world needs to know how beneficial it is to consume more
of what nature yields. In saying all this the benefits are tremendous, no matter if you are an
