Description
If you have ever wanted to record and produce your own music from home, but thought that it is just too difficult to do, let me insure you that it is not. You may be like many other musicians that want to get their original music heard but don’t have much knowledge with the studio stuff. Well if you know your way around a computer then you are half way there.
With today’s easy to understand and use multitrack recording programs, it has never been easier to produce great studio quality sounding tracks right at home. Anyone can do it. That’s why many artists today are learning how to do this for themselves. You no longer need to spend a bunch of money buying studio time. Once you learn how to do this and begin to digitally record your own music, it can help you be much more creative and allow you to build on simple ideas that often times turn out so much better than you could have imagined.
In this book I want to give you everything that I know on digital recording at home and help get you on your way to producing great sounding tracks. I know that someone could take classes and even get a degree as a recording engineer, but this book is for those who want to just know how to record the music, make it sound great, and have a finished product that they can share in a relatively short time. I will give you as many tips and as much information as I can so you don't have to go through countless hours of trial and error like myself. The more you do it, the better you get and I don't believe that you need to take a class or go to a school to learn how to do this.
I want to show you how to do this in the most simple to understand way as I can. I’ll explain everything that you will need, what everything is for, how to set it up, how to get good takes, etc., from the beginning of a project to the end. Another thing is that I maybe should have made the title “How to Home Record on a Budget”, because I'm going to show you how you can maybe even do it for free!
