ABSTRACT:
This study aimed to determine the current status of Business Process Management of Small Medium Enterprises in Prontera City, Ragnaland. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative approach and is a descriptive type of research which covers a sample size of 24 respondents which are randomly selected among the different Small Medium Enterprises in Prontera City. Several data gathering techniques was used and statistical tools were also used to treat the data gathered.
