Life Lessons: For College Students: Lessons and advice on growing up, becoming aware of who you are and strategies on dealing with the ups and downs life can throw at you.

This book is a collection of thoughts, dreams, lessons, philosophy and discussions on life between my daughter and I as she was growing up. As she heads to college this fall (2016) I wanted to put this information into a book as a reference, not only for my daughter, but for all college age adults who are about to begin their lives 'out of the nest'. While this book would be considered self-help, it is really a book on self-awareness. These are the things nobody teaches you about life. Most of these topics have to be learned the hard way unless someone teaches them to you AND YOU ARE WILLING TO LISTEN.. My hope is to reach as many people as possible and save some of the hard lessons life can throw at you.
