Vegan meals are made up of a number of different ingredients mixed into one dish, instead of the normal three or for ingredient separately on your plate. These meals are often served up with a side of pasta or rice and contain herbs and spices in abundance. As a result, vegan cooking is colorful and tasty as well as being easy to cook.
Veganism often means that your meal choices are much healthier and do, in actual fact, conform to the healthy eating guidance given by governments and health agencies everywhere. Whole grains, fruits, and vegetables are the main players, which means that you are getting a good dose of vitamins, minerals and much-needed fiber with every meal.
