Description
When Andrew Lawrence is forced to leave the only home he has ever known, he becomes the fourth consort of Thomas Bradford, second son of a respected first-comer family among the religious-separatists of New Hope.
As he becomes accustomed to his strange, new life he finds his affection growing for another of Bradford's consorts, the classically handsome and intelligent Justin Henley. But consorts are only permitted relations with their master, and to do otherwise means shame and banishment.
