Biloba (100% Arabica | Fair Trade | Intensity: 3 of 5)
Grown in Central America at very high altitudes, the secret behind this Arabica's aromatic complexity is the shady environment that allows the fruit to mature slowly. Round and velvety with notes of flowers and fruit.

Planadas (100% Arabica | Intensity: 3 of 5)
The coffee-growing region of Planadas in southern Colombia is home to old Bourbon and Caturra varieties. Grown at extreme altitudes, this coffee is imbued with incredible natural sweetness, enlivened by fresh red fruit notes.

Kolli Longberry (100% Arabica | Intensity: 4 of 5)
Kolli, located in Ethiopia's coffee forest, is known for the quality of its Arabica Longberry varieties. Grown at an altitude of over 1,800 meters in a forest farming environment that has been awarded the Bird Friendly label, this beautifully round coffee develops complex notes of red fruit, spices and praline.

Combawa (Fair Trade | Intensity: 5 of 5)
A blend of Robusta and Arabica grown by co-operatives of small Central American farmers, Combawa combines the richness and strength of Robusta with the delicate explosiveness of high-altitude Arabica. This coffee has a fantastic intensity that makes way for cedar, fresh walnut and sweet & spicy notes.
