Russell and the other survivors of the Transporter project, together with a group of abandoned soldiers and scientists, have established a colony on the planet New California. After many years of hard work, the involuntary colonists can finally look with hope to the future.
However, they don’t realize that they are in mortal danger, and by the time they become aware of the approaching peril, it is almost too late. In the face of death, Russell has to fight for his family’s and the colony’s survival.
