Thermacell MR-BPR Backpacker Mosquito Repeller, Gen 2.0 with 16 Hours of Repellent (4 Mats)

The Thermacell MR-BPR Backpacker Mosquito Repeller, Gen 2.0 with 16 Hours of Repellent (4 mats) effectively repels mosquitoes by creating a 15-foot zone of protection. This second version of our Backpacker Repeller offers improved functionality, more consistent ignition, and enhanced compatibility with more fuel canister brands. Utilizing the same camping gas canisters (not included) that backpackers and campers have in their bag already, the compact and lightweight Backpacker Repeller is an essential piece of gear. It’s also ideal for use while adventuring in the outdoors or relaxing at home. Heat produced by the camping gas canister is directed to a small mat infused with the repellent Allethrin, a synthetic version of a naturally occurring repellent found in chrysanthemum flowers. Heat disperses the repellent creating the 15-foot zone of protection. Thermacell protects millions of people from mosquitoes with no messy sprays or lotions, no odors, no noise, no DEET, and no open flames. For best results, use on days with light or no wind (bugs are at their worst on these days), and allow 10-15 minutes to form a complete zone of protection around the unit. Dependable performance up to 7,000 feet of elevation. USAGE TIPS: Only use pressurized self-sealing (iso)butane and propane fuel mix as this product WILL NOT FUNCION WITH 100% PROPANE FUEL TANKS, do not attempt to use with refilled canisters, allow gas to flow for 5 seconds before clicking the piezo ignitor, and only compatible with valves designed to the EN417 specification. Thermacell products are safe, effective, and come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. With Thermacell, Turn it on… Mosquitoes Gone!
