Directions

Cold Therapy

1. Keep the gel pack in the freezer flat for at least 2 hours

2. Wrap the frozen ice pack in wrap. Be care for making it against your skin directly.

3. Apply the ice pack to the affected areas for about 20 minutes a time. 2 hours interval for next therapy

Heat Therapy

In Hot Water

1. Boil a pot of water

2. Take the pot off the heat

3. Immerse the gel pack in hot water for 10 minutes

4. Wrap the hot pack in wrap

5. Apply to the affected area

In Microwave

1. Place the gel pack in the microwave flat, making sure the gel is evenly distributed

2. Microwave the gel pack for a period of 45 seconds at medium setting alterantely on different side, check for desired temperature

3. Wrap it and apply to the affected area
