Second Chance Sister

A fame-hungry diva. A younger sister left in the shadows. Can they repair their relationship for the sake of family harmony? After Ali Lawrence co-wrote a bestseller with her sister, Janelle Jennings, Ali hoped she’d finally gain equal footing with her prima donna older sister who had written a string of successful novels. When the time comes for the sequel, Janelle refuses to step down from her eight-inch stilettos and get to work. Fed up with being her sister’s doormat, Ali puts down her pen. . . until the promise of a juicy payday makes her question what she’s willing to sacrifice for family unity.

Janelle Jennings never had a wrinkle in sight or a hair out of place. But beneath her perfect outward appearance, she’s headed for an ugly financial mess, which could leave her moneyless, her future in ruins. Desperate, she turns to her sister for help in the only way she knows how. . . by calling her out in front of thousands of zealous fans. When Ali takes a stand for once in her life, Janelle must return to their hometown and prove she deserves a second chance. With family ties and a small fortune at stake, the two sisters must learn to compromise or watch as everything they’ve worked so hard to create goes down in flames.

Second Chance Sister is the charming second novel in a contemporary women’s fiction series. If you like family drama, lighthearted humor, and madcap stories of sibling rivalry, then you’ll love Sue Horner’s tale of sisterhood.
