The introduction of a revolutionary Parent Involvement Program at a private girls' school results in plenty of sore bottoms - not only for the pupils, but for their mothers too! Under the terms of the program, designed to force parental involvement in taking control of their daughters, each mother is responsible for her daughter's behaviour and achievement in school. If a student falls short of the expected goals, not only will she be punished, but her mother will be too. There are three levels of punishment, including bare bottom paddlings at level three. Punishments take place both at school and at home, and the mothers have to endure the humiliation of being spanked, not only by the school principal, but by friends of their daughters.
