I was a 54-year-old retired school teacher when I made the move that changed my life entirely mind, body and soul. I wake up every morning with a smile on my face and joy in my heart. After arriving I began a journey of self-discovery with no end in sight. This is a book of considerations, for anyone contemplating such a move anywhere abroad. The contents within are specific to Jalisco, MX and the Lake Chapala area because that was my experience. Although, each consideration is a generalization I believe they are the most primary.
