Why headphones and mobile phones cannot be connected? There is sound in the right earbud while there is no sound in the left earbud when playing the music on the mobile phone?

• Please re-connect with the mobile phone after turn off the wireless earbuds and restart the earbuds. Or put both earbuds into charging box until the red light indicator is on. It will return to normal.
• Turn off both of the earbuds, press the MFB on both left and right earbud simultaneously for 15 seconds and let go your finger until the light is off. It would be restored factory settings. The left and the right earbud will be pairing automatically within 10 seconds.
