Russian expatriate Leo Karelin is trying to make a life for himself in South Beach Miami, when roof caves in on him; literally. The costly home repair forces him to turn to the Local Russian Bratva for help; where a simple security job turns into mass murder, and Karelin is on the run from the police, the Mayfia, God-only -knows who else.
