How to install countersink drill bit
Step 1 -- Attach a countersink drill bit to your power bench or hand drill.and make sure the drill bit is clamped.
Step 2 -- Rotate the Hex Wrench to adjust the length you need.
Step 3-- Keep drill vertical 90°, get a smooth surface hole.
Step 4 -- Screw cap perfect embedded in the surface of work-piece.
Step 5 -- You get a beautiful, smooth hole that you want in the work-piece
Instructions:
General Use -- The hole is complete when the collar stops spinning. To clean the debris cavity, hold the free-spinning stop collar in one hand and run the drill away from the work surface. The waste material will simply eject itself.
Extending the Life of the Drill Bit -- To extend the life of the drill bit, drill in a straight and stable fashion. Two-handed operation is highly recommended. Drilling into dense materials can be hard work. Rest as needed and don't sacrifice stability for speed!
