Xander (The Billionaire Bradford Brothers, Part One)

“I know you’re lying to me, Alexa.”

My boss Xander Bradford has caught me in a lie. A lie I needed to tell in order to make sure he hired me. If anyone knew the truth about my past, I’d probably never get hired for anything again.

But trying to mislead Xander Bradford is pretty much pointless. The man is a machine in every way – he’s just a few years older than me, and yet he’s running a powerful biotech company worth billions of dollars.

The stories of Xander’s romantic life are as legendary as his rise in the medical field. Pick any gorgeous celebrity—actress, model, singer—and he’s pretty much guaranteed to have bedded her, the proof splashed across every page of the tabloids.

Meanwhile, I’m a total romantic novice. I had no time for guys while I was concentrating so hard on my education. Of course, that was before I got kicked out of med school, the one thing I was ever any good at…

Apparently I haven’t learned my lesson, because now I’ve messed up again, and Xander has caught me. Little do I know that his way of dealing with my untruth will be to slowly torment me with his charisma, his charm, his ability to make me scream his name in bed.

He will teach me everything about my body, and destroy everything I thought I knew about my mind and soul. Because as it turns out, the ultimate punishment for my crimes might just be losing Xander Bradford forever…
