1 Grade A Large Egg, 1 slice bacon, 1 muffin, 1 slice cheese, some Margarine.
1) Spray the Pam on the pan bottom and the rings（Or apply a little oil or butter).
2) Pre-heat pan and rings.
3) Put the eggs into the rings. Break the yolk.
4) Add 1/4 cup of water to outside of rings, put lid on for a little while.
5) Lift off the rings when the eggs are done.
Slice and toast the English muffin and spread with the margarine, warmed the Canadian bacon.
