Coulter's Saloon: Surviving in the Ol' West

The Civil War made a widow out of Emma Coulter, leaving her on her own to grieve her lost husband, and mourn not only losing him, but losing his dream of owning a saloon together, too.


But instead of wallowing in could have been’s… Emma stood up to fulfill his dream. With sheer grit, she purchased a claim, and built the Lazy Snake Saloon on her own. 


Soon, she was happily, and successfully, running it, until a gang of armed land-grabbers encroached upon her life and threatened to erase everything she’d built. She would soon find building the saloon, and running it single-handedly wasn’t the hardest thing she’d done yet…not by far. 


She’d also learn the west was never really won… It was taken...by force—and by men.
