Mardi Gras Mambo

A little drink...A little dance...A little murder...The irrepressible Scotty Bradley is back - and this time he's going to have to hire himself if he and his friends want to live to see another Mardi Gras. It's Carnival time in New Orleans and Scotty Bradley, ex go-go boy turned private investigator, is looking forward to relaxing with his boyfriends Frank and Colin and partying it up right. But nothing ever seems to work out the way it's planned - not only is it cold and rainy, ruining Scotty's elaborate costume plans, but former FBI agent Frank has "issues" with dropping a hit or two of Ecstasy. Hello! Ecstasy at Mardi Gras is practically guaranteed in the Gay Bill of Rights! Fortunately, Frank gets over himself, the weather clears up and Scotty's dealer Misha delivers the goods in time for the boys to hotfoot it off to the thick of the action. And that's when the real fun begins. After a night of partying, Scotty, Frank and Colin come home to find the cops waiting for them. Misha has turned up murdered and guess who was the last person to see him alive? Apart from the people who saw him dead, of course - and they just might be the Russian mob. Misha, it seems, was in deep with a lot of people who don't like to play around. Suddenly Scotty is missing not one but two boyfriends. And as the streets come alive in a frenzy of sequins, music, dancing and the sweat of thousands of revellers ready to throw caution and clothing to the wind, Scotty is in a desperate race to save the men he sometimes loves and keep Fat Tuesday from being the last day any of them ever see.
