From the supplier: A marketing plan for the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) was developed by six undergraduate students at the University College of Cape Breton (UCCB) in partial fulfillment of the requirements in their marketing management course. Through tedious research work, the group was able to come up with a plan that discussed the underlying problems associated with CIM and the possible solutions to these problems. The plan was presented to the local CIM board of directors and was eventually carried out on a local level. Two of the UCCB students were hired by CIM.
