From the supplier: Broadcast voice messaging (BVM) is an effective method of getting a political campaign message to hundreds or thousands of voters. BVM allows a political candidate to send the appropriate message to the appropriate people at the proper time. The two main elements for a successful BVM is the use of reliable equipment and sufficient knowledge on how to operate it. The four main factors for its success are the person recording the message, the structure of the message, message delivery and timing.
