Note:
1. NEVER apply gel pack directly on skin after it's heated/frozen, as excessive heat or cold can lead to burns. Always handle it with care or use it with the brace. If temperature is still too hot/cold, use additional towels to cover.
2. DON'T apply on open wounds. If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use and then consult a medical professional.
3. LIMIT hot/cold application to 15-20 min at a time or as recommended by doctors & professionals because overusing doesn't help you heal faster and may damage skin tissue.
4. Keep gel pack in a dry place if not in use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Hot Application:
Flatten gel pack in microwave, heat for 30sec (STOP if it starts to expand). If more heat is needed, expose for 10 sec at a time until desired heat is reached.
NOTE: Microwave powers vary, so especially during FIRST USE, exercise caution w/ heating! Too much heat can make the gel pack burst
Cold Application:
Store in freezer for at least 2 hours.
