Use
Use Fiery Chef's Bamboo Pizza Peel to transfer pizzas, bread and other baked goods to and from the oven, outdoor grill and wood fired ovens.
1. Unscrew the knob at base and unfold the handle. Secure the handle into place before using the peel by tightening the knob at the base of the handle.
2. Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto the peel.
3. Carefully place onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray with the peel.
4. Once finished cooking, slide out the pizza, bread or baked goods from the oven using the peel.
5. Unscrew knob to fold handle back in when ready to store peel. Secure the knob into place to make sure that the handle stays down while it is in transit or being stored.

Care Instructions
1. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately.
2. Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe.
3. Once you are finished cleaning, loosen the knob and turn handle inward for storage.
