Christmas on the Road

Christmas on the Road is the story of a family travelling by plane from Los Angeles to Boston to spend Christmas with the grandparents. However, while in the airport of their connecting flight, in Chicago, the family finds out that due to a blizzard their lay-over may just last a bit too long . . . The theme of having to deal with adversity at a time when one is meant to be cheerful and rejoice in the holiday spirit is a part of any Christmas story. Set in a contemporary, daily-life context, Christmas on the Road emphasizes and values the age old wisdom that the only way to get through hard times is with patience and perseverance.
