Dateline: South Central Kansas, circa 1998. A mysterious and elusive figure known only as The Dragon Lady operates a shadowy criminal organization dealing in meth, murder, and mayhem. For years, this group has been elusive, but law enforcement knows it exists. Now, by a cruel stroke of fate, criminal justice major Jack Garrison has been placed on an unstoppable collision course with The Dragon Lady that can result in only one possible outcome.
