From the supplier: Louisiana Insurance Commissioner Jim Brown's amended lawsuit that charges Douglas S. Crucet and 36 other employees with founding the now bankrupt Physicians National Risk Retention Group as a fraudulent business has brought a counter suit from the company's former Pres Crucet. Crucet's lawsuit accuses Brown of violation of civil rights, libel and defamation of character. Brown views Crucet's lawsuit as a ploy to distract from his attempts to uncover assets to pay the insurer's creditors.
