Through the Service Quality Satisfaction Analysis program of the Bank Marketing Association, NorthPark has been able to redirect its training program to have a greater focus on the attainment of higher levels of customer satisfaction through improved service delivery. The quality of service delivery to bank customers is expected to be the same for peers within the organizational ranks who are treated as internal customers. Jones asserts that NorthParks's commitment to quality is evident in its delivery of services to customers in a highly customized and personal manner, wherein customers are regarded as extensions of the bank.
