From the supplier: The use of rice, rice bran and rice flour as food ingredients is increasing. Comet Rice Ingredients Co has developed a line of rice chip mixes. These mixes, useful for making multigrain chip products, contain stabilized rice bran and rice flours. Rice mixes absorb less oil than other mixes, lowering multigrain chips' oil contents, and rice mixes are bland, allowing other flavors to predominate.
