From the supplier: Duke University School of Law uses scannable forms and an OMR scanner to reduce errors in tabulating the results of the semester-end teacher evaluations. The school uses a HEI/360 Page Scanner from Scanning Systems and TopScore software, which drives the scanner and formats it to read various forms. Duke University is able to save money by printing its own scannable forms on its laser printer. This gives the department total control over the design of its forms and changes can be made at any time. It is also possible to print the forms instantly on the laser printer. This project shows that even small applications can benefit from using a scanner.
