From the supplier: Companies use niche marketing to reach targeted customers and boost their profits. Niche marketing focuses on communicating to customers the role and the position of the company in the market. It allows companies to face competitors and respond to circumstances which are unique to the market. However, this approach will not be effective if members of the company are unaware of the thrust of their company's 'niche pitch.' Thus, every member should be able to expound on the company's position for the technique to be effective.
