From the supplier: The Queens Borough Public Library has an in-house security department composed of 25 officers who patrol high-risk branches and operate a comprehensive security system comprised of CCTV monitors, video recorders and communications, identification and access control systems. A force of contract police officers supplements the in-house security department while nonsecurity personnel regularly attend security awareness training seminars. The public library system is the country's fifth-largest with 62 branches and some 62 million visitors annually.
