Highlights of the event included the preparation of authentic Mexican recipes by renowned chef Rick Bayless and three of the company's certified executive chefs. Griffith's R&D scientists also served as waitstaff during the event. Features of the 3,400- sq ft center include a chef's station, meeting/'presentation area and library with a wide collection of culinary and technical books.
