I am an ITIL Program, Project and Service Manager, with extensive ITSM (Asset, CMDB, Change, Incident, Problem, Release, UAT) as well as Discovery, Policy, Process, Procedure, Documentation, Trade Show and Workshops Management.

I also have experience in Security and Finance Auditing: (SOX, JSOX, COBiT) Discovery, Hardware, Software, Documentation and End-User Awareness and Training.

My work experience includes: Raytheon, IBM, Toyota, Nissan, 99 Cent Only Stores (US$ 1 billion a year retailer), Telecom-New Zealand, MTV, etc.

I have successfully created key documentation for major companies that includes Office Policy Manuals, as well as Common Technical Language dictionaries.
