📖 Description
Abstract This study is significant because the Internet has become a substantial delivery system in our economy, requiring organizations to recognize personal behaviors in order to increase profitability and efficiencies in optimizing service levels for consumers. The National Retail Association is forecasting $204 billion in retail sales over the Internet in 2008, while the rest of the retail industry expects sluggish growth (“Internet Sales,†2008, para. 1). However, in today’s online hyper competitive environment, the internet offers a price shopper mentality that is frequently viewed as an obstacle to developing customer loyalty with online retailers and service providers.
