   Are there no limits to what a government may do to and for its people? Western Christianity is currently plagued with a generation of pietistic preachers who would likely answer "no." They twist Romans 13:1-7 and end up having it say the opposite of what it really does. They teach their flocks that any government anywhere may do whatever it likes and still retain the sanction of God Himself. The people of God, therefore, are required to yield unquestioning, unqualified obedience.
   But what if the Bible really places a number of definite limitations on what a government may do? What if one of those requirements is actually obedience to the will of God revealed in Scripture?

   In the Land of the Free in 2013, the Patriot Act allows warrantless searches and wiretaps; NDAA authorizes indefinite detention of citizens apart from due process of law; the President maintains a secret "kill list" and has at this time admitted to killing three American citizens who were unlucky enough to make that list; the TSA routinely fondles the genitals of little girls through their panties, to "keep us all safe;" and, the Second Amendment is actually being debated by Congressmen and Senators who really seem to think they are the source of the rights of the people.
   This must end, or your freedom will. One or the other must give. This information-packed article will give you the ammunition you need to stand in the face of tyrants and give a good, hard yank on their leashes.
