Bride for Marshall (Mail Order Mounties Book 19)

Love is the light at the end of the tunnel.

As the ‘old maid’ of the Hennessy family, Colleen can deal with her mother pressuring her to become a nun. What she can’t handle is the idea she might never find a husband who will appreciate her exuberant nature and zest for life. Since Miss Hazel Hughes did such a wonderful job of matching Colleen’s sister Molly with a Mountie, Colleen hopes the renowned matchmaker can do the same for her.

Having grown up without a father, Marshall Bowman has no idea exactly what it means to be a ‘real man’, much less a husband or — heaven forbid! — a father. But once he lays eyes on his beautiful, sassy bride, he vows to try. Expressing emotions has never come naturally for Marshall, so good thing for him, Colleen has emotions to spare.

When a gang of train robbers threatens the life of the woman he loves, Marshall is forced to face his greatest fears. To have a chance of saving Colleen, he must become the man he’d always hoped to be — but is it already too late?
