In part 4, Satsuki rather foolishly volunteered to be a temporary Puppy-girl and ended up masquerading as a criminal inmate at the Toyushi Academy. Chief Inoue thinks he only has Satsuki for the weekend, before she moves to a remand centre. So, he puts her under pressure to get some information on a gang of older inmates.
