This case arises out of a citation issued to Ragnar Benson, Inc. (“Ragnar”) by the
Secretary of Labor as a result of an inspection performed by a compliance officer of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”). A hearing was held before an administrative law judge of this Commission, and the judge’s decision has been directed for review pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 661(j), section 12(j) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. §§ 651-678 (“the Act”).
